JGEOR Publishes Volume 1, No. 3 — “Green Transitions”
The Journal of Green Economy and Optimization Research (JGEOR) is pleased to announce the publication of Volume 1, No. 3 — October 2026, issued under the editorial theme “Green Transitions.” The new issue brings together research examining how economic development, environmental responsibility, innovation and resilience can be advanced in parallel. Its thematic focus reflects the growing importance of interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability, particularly where environmental pressures, technological change, financial systems and development priorities intersect.
The issue includes studies addressing a wide range of contemporary topics, including digital banking and cashless payments, environmental ethics, corporate financial performance, restoration of oil-contaminated soils, agricultural energy systems, machine learning for industrial risk, electric public transport, desertification and regional socio-economic development. Taken together, these contributions illustrate the diversity of the green transition agenda. Sustainable development increasingly depends not on a single policy or technology, but on coordinated progress across finance, environmental management, clean transport, digitalization, energy efficiency, land restoration, resource governance and innovation.
The October issue also reflects JGEOR’s broader editorial mission to provide an international platform for theoretical, empirical and applied research connecting economic transformation with environmental and social sustainability. All manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and peer review in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and research-integrity policies.
