Editorial Responsibility. Members of the Journal Editorial Leadership, Editorial Board, and Editorial Office contribute to JGEOR within their respective academic, editorial, advisory, peer-review, and administrative roles. Editorial Board members may also serve as peer reviewers for manuscripts within their areas of expertise. Responsibility for individual manuscript decisions rests with the Editor-in-Chief and/or the editor specifically assigned to the respective submission. No member is automatically responsible for manuscripts, editorial decisions, or published content with which they were not directly involved.

Editorial Independence. All editorial decisions are made in accordance with JGEOR's peer-review, publication ethics, conflict-of-interest, authorship, and research integrity policies. Editorial decisions are independent of commercial considerations, article processing charges, institutional relationships, or other external interests.
