Plagiarism Policy

The Journal of Green Economy and Optimization Research (JGEOR) is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and publication ethics.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal may be screened for plagiarism, text overlap, duplicate publication, and other forms of inappropriate textual reuse before publication.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts represent original scholarly work and that all material derived from other sources is appropriately quoted, paraphrased, and cited.

The journal considers the following practices unacceptable:

• plagiarism of text, ideas, data, figures, tables, or other intellectual content;
• substantial unattributed copying from previously published material;
• self-plagiarism involving inappropriate reuse of substantial portions of an author's own previously published work;
• duplicate or redundant publication;
• manipulation or fabrication of citations, data, or results;
• submission of substantially the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.

When significant textual similarity or another potential ethical concern is identified, the editorial team may request clarification from the authors and may reject the manuscript when appropriate.

If plagiarism or serious publication misconduct is discovered after publication, JGEOR may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction depending on the nature and severity of the case.

The journal follows internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing ethics and evaluates suspected misconduct carefully and impartially.
